The best thing governments (and poor families) can do to lift people into higher income brackets is getting children into school. Classrooms are the best place for helping needy children . Right now there are said to be more than 77 million children of school age who do not go to any school. Yet there is evidence that cannot be denied that shows the best investment a government can make in development is to put its children in clsssrooms. Especially put girls in schools. AIDs is halted and bad economic cycles are broken in the classrooms. It takes time, but this is a fact.
