Don’t Use The Phonebook to Find A Plastic Surgeon
November 12th, 2008 . by adminIf you’re considering undergoing some sort of electic plastic surgery but you don’t know how to pick a surgeon you can trust, then at least don’t make the one mistake that many people make: picking a surgeon from a phone book.
The first thing you want to do is consider your location. Say, for example, you’re looking for a qualified New Jersey cosmetic surgeon to perform a nose job. You should try talking to your general practitioner or other doctors in and around The Garden State first to see if they know any surgeons they would recommend.
After that, try asking NJ friends and relatives or even hospital workers who live in nearby New Jersey towns. You want to try to get a solid list of three or four plastic surgeons who come with recommendations. After you have your list you should visit each doctor in turn and make sure he or she is qualified and understands you cosmetic surgery needs and concerns.
Remember: a plastic surgeon is going to operate on your body, so you don’t want to rely on picking a name from a phone book.
