Doing The Wall Ab Crunch
October 23rd, 2008 . by adminFor this ab workout you need to find a wall where you can raise your legs and get support. You will also need an exercise mat. This is how it’s done:1. First, you lie on your mat with flat back and your feet leaning on the wall. Your feet should be bent 90 degrees from your knees.2. Put your hands beneath your head while your elbows are bent out and almost touching the floor.3. Now, focus on your ab muscles and begin contracting them. Your lower back should be pushing down the floor and your ribcage is pushing downward towards your hips.4. Hold that contraction for a while.5. Release slowly and relax, letting your upper body rest on the mat.6. Repeat from the beginning for 8 – 15 times.
