Chin Up’s Bodyweight Exercise

I will never forget being so proud for being able to get the longest time in my class for the bent arm hang. I ended up being beat by a girl who chose to do the chin ups bodyweight exercise instead. You get more credit for the chin ups because you are actually lifting your bodyweight, and they are more difficult to complete. I doubt I could even do a few chin ups today. I think that should be a sign that I need to strengthen my arms.
