Last Thursday night me and my girlfriend decided we were going to go out for spaghetti. There’s this great pasta place downtown. So we get there, and we realized the whole place was filled up weight doctors. It turns out they were all in town for a sleep seminar. The two guys sitting next to us kept talking about the latest research in sleep apnea, and apnea symptoms. I never knew that was such a complicated issue. My girlfriend turned and described what I sound like sometimes when I sleep, and sure enough, they said I have class sleep apnea. Based on her description, they suggested one of those special band aids you put on your nose at night to keep your airway open, so I guess I’ll try that.
