There is a pair of hair clippers that American moms have used on their kids for many many years. It is the Andis hair clippers  that we have been picking up and trimming hair with for decades. They have a weight and a feel about them that makes them a joy even just to hold. I remember my grandmother cutting my hair with clippers when I was a boy and it felt so good. IN fact, I still remember the way the hair fell and the soft but firm sound as the blades cut and trimmed. I had a good hair style at the time and her hair clippers enhanced the look. I was pleased at both the experience of having my hair cut and of the clippers themselves.
