Training mistakes
March 13th, 2010 . by adminMany training mistakes are regrettable. The stories are similar from person to person. They get hurt without proper form or the appropriate spotter. Then we all know what comes next. Yep, they usually quit because of a big weight training mistake. This is preventable and unavoidable. It is a crime to let your “I know it all, and I can push it this time” attitude stop you from being successful with your weight training because it can be such a healthy part of your life. My brother used weight trainig for stress relief and it really paid off in the long run.
