Thank you for spending time with me after class. I wanted you to know that during class I could hardly lift my arm. After the adjustments, there was a lot more movement and Saturday morning I was able to run the 5k road race with no discomfort at all! Even managed to come 3rd (small field, less then 100), and was able to spend the rest of the day in the kitchen the helping with the rest of the crew to feed over 200 for our ward Christmas party. Before our time together I didn’t even know if I could run come Saturday and if I would be any assistance to the rest of our quorum in cooking and serving. So brother, this is my testimonial on the fine work and insight of Dr. David Novatnak Love you brother and thank you once again.
