They slow us down and suck our energy away from us, and we became sluggish and sedentary. We do not have the energy or motivation to put enough effort into the proper exercise program that is one thing that we need to do to keep our muscles burn fuel to keep our metabolic engine running hot.

They make us fatter. When deprived of food our body increases its effectiveness by holding each piece of food and store as much of it as possible, as the body fat with hcg diet protocol. The body will do everything possible to avoid starvation, because I do not know that there is a refrigerator with food in the next room.

    I diet thats low in calcium and oxycilates, which usually is the hardner of calcium stones. NO ice cream and Tea.
