    If youre hcg is that low then it is quite certain that you are not pregnant. It seems very odd that you were told that you were 4 weeks pregnant but you havent written about an obvious miscarriage.
    Could it have simply been an error on the therapists part and read somebody elses details for example?
    There is nothing else to suggest that you are pregnant sorry
