Deep Breaths
September 15th, 2010 . by adminLast month I attended a stress management training course and was surprised that how we breathe makes a huge difference. After all, we all need to breathe and just do it naturally. However, we were taught how to take really deep breaths, hold it and exhale. By doing this a few times in a row, it actually helps the blood flow. Our bodies take in more oxygen and circulation increases. As a result, our minds become clearer and our stress levels drop. Isn’t that amazing? No special equipment or expensive gadgets, just taking the time for deep breaths. It makes sense to me.
