This remodel aimed at increasing seating area, which would turn around and increase our profits. The ability to have more paying customers gives the opportunity for an increase of cash through the business. We did not want to incur a long-term debt since the increase in cash flow would allow us to quickly pay off a debt. We also did not want fixed payments that lasted for years. There is no reason to pay endless interest payments.
