Cynthia and Jill have decided to open up their own hair salon.  Their husbands are behind them and agree it would be a good business for them.  There are some buildings that are available but they have decided that they want to buy land and have the salon build to their specifications.  Jill’s husband is going to look into Commercial Property Financing to see if they qualify.  He does not see any problems and thinks they can get the loan very quickly.  They have been looking for land around the edge of town and feel that would be the best location because the road is always very busy.
