We Finally Built Our Dream Home
June 30th, 2009 . by adminAfter years of planning and saving our money, we were finally ready to build our dream home. We had a building lot that we owned free and clear and had our house plans custom drawn. We decided to request a free tri merged credit report before we submitted our loan application to make sure we had all our financial ducks in a row. We were able to find a few little hiccups that were easily fixed and the loan application went through much more easily. It just took a little bit of time, but in the end, it saved us much more time, not to mention money.
