The interest rates are so low that it allows me to buy a bigger house. The house I am buying now is more expensive than my last, but my payments have not changed since the interest rates are so low. I have a job I know is not going anywhere in my lifetime, so this has become the perfect set up for me. I am glad that I decided to take the plunge and so is my family.
