Last year our store had a potentially disastrous event. Unknown to us, our older building had some problems with faulty pipes and one night after closing, there was a large leak in our office area. While we were extremely lucky that it didn’t effect our inventory, it did fry our computer systems. Luckily, we used canada colocation and all of our information was stored off site for back up. Boy, did we need it that day! We did have to spend the money to replace our computer equipment, but we were able to quickly and easily reload all our data and get back up and running within just a few days.
