Or if you do answer, you are hoping it will be something very brief. Most of the time, it makes sense to tell the person on the other line that you will call back when it is a better time. That is why it makes sense to use the survey software. If you have all of the answers done online, the customer or participant will be able to get to the survey when the time is right for them.
I think you should have a poll to determine if the Polls and Survey section is really full of ignorance.
