If your product is inexpensive, this is easy. The more expensive the product, however, the more difficult this becomes. For instance, selling something like a house through a website is too expensive and complex to do entirely, so you would use the website to advertise the house and then follow up in person. But something like a book or music is perfect for sale through a web site. Even services based businesses can use this method.
An excise tax is on the goods sold much like a sales tax. It must be filed separately from income tax of the business or the owner.
