Determining the worth of a web page when trying to build links is not necessarily and easy task. Google have their Page Rank, but this is not considered the most reliable as what we see is old data and Google now applies so many filters, it is not always clear what the actual age Rank of a web page is. Bing have their Page Score, but it is only available for your own web site. Recently a company called SEOMoz have created their own crawled database of the web called Linkscape. From this they have calculated mozRank and mozTrust as two measure of a webpage links and the authority of those links.
