Yesterday I was working in my back yard cleaning out the gutters on the roof of my house.  The ladder I was using was a bit old and I unfortunatly lost my balance and fell a few feet to the ground below.  Needless to say, I hurt my back.  I called to my wife in pain and she helped me inside onto the couch. 

I thought I’d be fine, but in the morning the next day I couldn’t move.  I hate doctors, but I had to do something.  My wife looked up Chiropractor Eugene Oregon in the yellow pages and we found Dr. Gittens.

With the help of my wife and kids they got me to the car and took me down to the office.  I must say that it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Doctor.  He worked on my back for at least 30 mins., and educated me on what the problem was.  His staff was very friendly too.  I highly recommend him if you have back pain in the local area.
