What would you think about finding a nearby restaurant, checking out its menu, and even making reservations, and being able to go online with your search to google places and do it all from the palm of your hand?  Imagine doing the same for virtually any local business, including coffee shops, shoe stores, movie theaters, bars, hotels, ATMs, gas stations, and tourist attractions? Millions of people use Google to find places and much of the searches are defined by certain locations. There are certain service areas for the new search tool. A ‘Help Center’ has also been created. Google Places is Google Maps’ new search tool for finding nearby businesses and other points of interest.
