Fixer Upper
August 30th, 2008 . by adminI thought that it might be a fun idea to try to buy one of these fixer-upper homes and see what I could do to make some good money from it. At the time, I bought a home in a neighborhood that was definitely in need of some tender loving care. We put a great deal of our own money into it and when it was ready to be “flipped” and put back on the market, that is when the real estate market tanked. I am wondering if I need to look for property tax appeal lawyers to help me get the most from the home when I try to sell it.
