Extrusion Training a Key to Higher Manufacturing Efficiency

April 6th, 2008 . by admin

In the extrusion industry, one of the keys to maintaining a very high manufacturing efficiency is the knowledge and skills of employees. One of the unique aspects of the extrusion business is that a very high volume of bad production can be created in a very short period of time. The reason for this is because extrusion, unlike injection molding, is a continuous process, where in some cases several feet of potentially defective product can be produced in less than a second. With so much at stake, extrusion training plays a very major role in the efficiency and quality that a given extrusion company can be expected to produce.

Although a typical extrusion company will have fewer employees than its injection molding cousin, those employees have responsibility for far more throughput than a similar employee at an injection molding plant. So the importance of quality knowledge and skill training for that extrusion employee is extremely high. He or she has a potentially huge impact on the overall profitability of the extrusion company. So a modest investment in training is well worth it for the owner of the extrusion plant.

The green color is not from the stainless steel it is because of the Kool-Aid kiwi flavor as you would see in the natural fruit. If you were to use the Kool-Aid invisible raspberry flavor the water color will turn after a while a reddish color ever so slightly. What I am telling you is correct if you use lemon juice 100% added to distilled water after a long period of time it would turn to a dark oily color because of the aging of the natural lemons.
