		<description>Well there are two main camps, the old one and the new one. The old code is that rights are earned slowly as a child grew into an adult- responsibility was proven first. Under this system people generally respected how fortunate they were. Under the new system, we are told that we cannot make kids earn their rights and they generally have far less respect for how fortuntate they are and want more, more. Of course we cant judge people or punish them either- smart
