Answering Services Back for Now

Many foreigners have such a strong accent, that they are unable to influence that accent in an effort to gain a more English pronunciatiion of words. This seems to be what has happened to the many of companies that outsourced their answering services and tech support to foreign countries. Apparently they must of thought that the heavy accents and intonation patterns of these call agents could be manipulated to sound more English born, but unfortunately that never happened, and many companies decided to bring their call center support back to the U.S.
