I still can’t believe it how stupid can people be sometimes.  One big proof of that is our sitting President who is as dumb as a 15-year-old.  Another reason is the tendency of many Americans to still prefer cell phones that can be locked when there are wide choices of phones in the first place that cannot be locked at all.   People should realize that some phones get locked because of the very machination of network providers.  I will give this pro bono advice: buy an unlocked cell phone, folks.  Unless, of course, you really want to take in the unnecessary hassles when get locked t your phone.
