As a small business owner I am conscious of how my staff spend their time on the road. With the cost of fuel going through the roof I can’t afford to have staff running constant personal errands or diverting their attention to other non related business activities. When I saw an ad for fleet GPS tracking equipment it sounded like it could be just what my business needed. The ability to track staff movements to monitor there whereabouts and the additional chance to divert trucks to expedite delivery is perfect for improving productivity.
