August 25th, 2008 . by adminWhen I went looking for an affordable car rental in Christchurch I thought it was going to be difficult. Nothing could be further from the truth! It turned out to be easy and in fact was a very pleasant experience. Christchurch is a flat city, so walking between car rental companies was easy. And the city is basically a large market town, serving a farming province, so it is small. The hire car companies in the center of the Garden City are all close together. So I just talked at the office desk of a couple of these rental car firms and got the car I wanted at the price I was hoping for. Easy!
