For instance, a used car dealership that has cheap cars for sale won’t usually tell you something that is wrong with the car until you ask. This is because they are not always legally obligated to disclose everything that is wrong unless you ask. Many of them will still try and answer the question in a way that doesn’t make it obvious that there is something wrong. This is why I always plan on adding a couple hundred dollars in maintenance to any vehicle I buy.
