On Banksy’s Graffiti War With King Robbo
May 4th, 2010 . by adminIt seems that Banksy loves to stir it up a bit, spraying over a 25 year old graffiti piece by King Robbo with his own iconic Banksy graffiti style down at Regent’s Canal in North London.
This provoked King Robbo himself to spray over Banksy’s own work. There is an unwritten law in the graffiti world that you leave artist’s works alone, so it’s very strange that Banksy would choose to ignore this code and provoke the wrath of not only King Robbo, but other graffiti artists too. And he has. Some of his own works have been defaced by other artists in reaction to what Banksy did.
